Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Syncqer.

1. Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using Syncqer ('Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms').
• If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.
• We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• Syncqer provides multi-channel inventory monitoring and synchronization for e-commerce sellers.
Features include: inventory tracking, real-time alerts, platform integrations, and reporting tools.
• We offer different subscription tiers (Starter, Growth) with varying features and limits.
• A 3-day free trial is available for new users.

• You must create an account to use Syncqer.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• One account per user/business. Multiple accounts are not permitted without authorization.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use Syncqer.

Trial Period: 3-day free trial with full access to your chosen tier's features.
Subscription Plans: After trial, choose Starter (₹2,449/month) or Growth (₹4,982/month). First month discounted 50%.
Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually based on your selection.
Payment: Processed securely through DodoPayments. Valid payment method required.
Early Adopter Discount: First 25 paying users receive 20% lifetime discount.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. Access continues until end of billing period.
Refunds: No refunds for partial months. Contact support for exceptional cases.

Starter Plan: 3 platforms, 500 SKUs, hourly sync
Growth Plan: 5 platforms, 1,500 SKUs, 30-minute sync
• Exceeding limits will result in service restriction until you upgrade.
• Fair use policy applies. Excessive API calls or abuse may result in throttling.

• You authorize Syncqer to access your connected platforms (Shopify, Amazon, WooCommerce, etc.) via OAuth.
• You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and permissions on connected platforms.
• We are not responsible for platform API changes, downtime, or data inconsistencies.
• You can revoke platform access at any time from your account settings.

• Syncqer and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us.
• Our trademarks and logos may not be used without permission.
• You grant us a limited license to use your data to provide the Service.
• Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used without compensation.

• Syncqer is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
• We are not responsible for losses from inventory discrepancies, missed sales, or platform issues.
• You use the Service at your own risk.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Syncqer.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect.
No Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them to a successor.
